Speciment yang diambil berupa swab nasofaring pada semua kontak kasus diphteri dan diberikan profilaksis dengan dosis tertentu sesuai berat badan.
Ditemukan satu kasus Diphteri dengan 6 orang kontak pada bulan Mei 2017 di Kelurahan Garegeh Kecamatan Mandiangin Koto Selayan.
